Hospital Policies

We're excited to accommodate you and your pet for important veterinary services, as a new or existing client. We want every appointment to run as smoothly and timely as possible, and we provide several options to help you with scheduling your visit. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know right away so that we can open up your slot to other pet owners.

Appointment Policy

Appointments may be scheduled over the phone, through online requests, or in person. In the event of an emergency, no appointment is needed. Come in as soon as possible, and try to call ahead so we can make the necessary preparations.

To find a time slot that works best for you, we recommend scheduling appointments at least a week in advance. We also offer ‘drop-off’ appointments for our clients’ convenience. This means that you may leave your pet with us for part of the day and pick them up at the desired time after we have completed the appointment.

For any appointment, please bring a fecal sample and any medications or nutritional supplements that your pet takes.

Arrival & Waiting Room Policy

Please arrive a few minutes prior to your pet’s appointment. For the safety of all other clients, patients, and staff, please keep your pet either on a 6 foot or locked retractable leash or in a carrier when in the hospital. If your pet has a history of biting or snapping, please muzzle them as a courtesy.

Full payment is required at the time services are rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, personal checks, and CareCredit®.
